个人简介
夏宇寰,北京交通大学管理学博士,加州大学河滨分校联合培养博士,现任山东大学国际创新转化学院副研究员,硕士生导师,入选山东省山东哲学社会科学领军人才“111”工程、山东大学齐鲁青年学者未来计划。兼任Journal of Business Research(ABS3/SSCI)副主编、Chinese Management Studies(SSCI)副主编、International Journal of Information Technologies and Systems Approach(ESCI)编委成员、中国企业改革与发展研究会理事/研究员、北京交通大学中西方管理实践研究中心特聘研究员,美国管理学会(AOM)、中国企业管理研究国际协会(IACMR)会员。
研究领域为组织行为与人力资源管理,围绕新兴技术应用、主动性与创造力开发、员工建言、新员工组织社会化等管理学问题,在Journal of Applied Psychology(FT50/ABS4*)、Personnel Psychology(ABS4*)、Journal of Management(FT50/ABS4*)、Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology(ABS4)等国际高水平期刊发表论文近30篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目等在内的横纵向课题近10项。
研究成果曾获2023中国企业改革发展优秀成果二等奖、青岛市第三十八次社会科学优秀成果三等奖、ESI高被引论文、全国百篇优秀管理案例、美国管理学会(AOM)年会最佳实践论文提名并多次入选最佳论文集、产业经济系统与产业安全工程国际学术会议(IEIS)第6届大会最佳论文奖。

英文简介
Dr.Xia Yuhuan is an associate professor at SDU-SIE. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Beijing Jiaotong University. His doctoral study was focused on organizational behavior and human resource management. His current passion for research centers onnew technologies in traditional human resource management practices, leadership and leader effectiveness, proactive behavior and creativity, voice and voice endorsement, and newcomersocialization. His works have been accepted/published in academic journals such asthe Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
