刘怡

山东大学国际创新转化学院副教授、硕士生导师

个人简介

刘怡,澳大利亚科廷大学管理学博士,现任山东大学国际创新转化学院副教授、硕士生导师,并兼任International Journal of Business and Emerging Markets(IJBEM)亚洲中国区编辑。此前,她曾在新西兰林肯大学完成商务管理与市场营销双专业本科学习,并于新西兰惠灵顿维多利亚大学深造国际商务。她的研究兴趣主要涵盖人才管理战略、企业知识共享、跨文化管理、国际技术转移与创新管理等领域。其研究成果已发表于多种国际知名期刊,包括Journal of Knowledge ManagementJournal of Business ResearchBehavioral SciencesTechnology in SocietyLeadership & Organization Development Journal 以及Frontiers in Psychology 等,并多次在重要国际学术会议上展示研究成果。她在知识管理、商业伦理以及宗教与伦理议题的跨文化研究方面持续开展学术探索,为相关理论的发展与拓展作出了积极贡献。近年来,她进一步将学术研究与产业实践相结合,与地方企业及行业实践者保持密切合作,并通过咨询项目支持企业创新与发展。此外,她负责《国际技术贸易与知识产权》本科生教材的编写工作,并担任中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)学术年会英文论文匿名审稿人及多项国际学术会议匿名审稿人。
